Maxbal Genealogy's Reseller Program is designed to meet the needs of organisations, companies and sole traders interested in selling family tree charts and related services. Successful Resellers include Family History Societies, Researchers, Record Offices, Registry Offices, Genealogy Product Suppliers, Libraries, Scrapbooking Suppliers and other retail outlets.

Trade Prices

Maxbal Genealogy's Resellers have the advantage of trade prices which is typically 25% or more off our already affordable and competitive prices.

How does the program work?

You can use any single or combination of the options below.

1. You can place orders directly on us as and when required and we will ship directly to your customer/member under a plain paper delivery note, or with your own personalised delivery note. You do not need to hold any stock. You pay for items at a discounted reseller trade price when you order them. Our complete range of charts is available to you and the minimum order requirement is £5. If this is the only option you choose the payment for your first order will then be £25 and if the value of the order is less than £25 the balance will be applied to subsequent orders.
2. You can purchase the charts for direct resale. Discounts are available on an increasing scale based on the number of charts and value ordered. The minimum order quantity being 10 charts with a minimum order value of £25.
3. We can customise many of our charts with your own branding by including you logo and other graphics and text. There is no charge for the customisation and discounts are available on an increasing scale based on the number of charts ordered. The minimum order quantity being 20 for each type of chart ordered. Any such customised design is exclusive to the reseller and is only available for purchase from the reseller for whom it is customised.
4. Our custom designed chart service is available to all resellers at a trade discount.

To maintain Reseller status your annual orders must be a minimum of £50.

What is the relationship between a reseller and Maxbal Genealogy?

A reseller is an independent contractor engaged in purchasing Maxbal Genealogy products for resale to its customers. A reseller is not an agent or legal representative of Maxbal Genealogy for any purpose, and has no authority to act for, bind or make any commitment on behalf of Maxbal Genealogy.
