Maxbal Genealogy is located in Reading, Berkshire, England
approximately 35 miles from London.
Our location gives us readily available access to many of the
records offices and repositories in the south east of England
including The National Archives (TNA) located in Kew.
We regularly visit many of the record offices such as Berkshire,
Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Wiltshire and the London
repositories such as TNA on client assignments and are
familiar with many of the more distant records offices such as
Norfolk, Northamptonshire and Pembrokeshire. |
Can We Find Your Ancestors?
In the majority of cases we will have a great
deal of success in tracing your ancestors to the 18th century, and
sometimes even earlier. We cannot guarantee
complete success in every case as we have to rely on the existence of
the written records. In some cases they are just not there. They may
have been lost, destroyed or your ancestors may not have wanted the
authorities to know of certain things such as a bigamous marriage or the
father's name of an illegitimate child.

Our Research Network
Family history research is rarely concentrated in
one location and often requires a search to be carried out in multiple
record archives. To provide you with an efficient and cost effective
service we have a network of research partners with the experience of
researching in their own local records archive.
