media and ready for framing. Frames are not supplied
with this product.
Before printing we will send you a proof of your
chart in pdf format by email for you to check
the accuracy of information.
You send us
your information simply by filling in one of our
easy to use forms which can be downloaded before you
place your order. The forms are available in
Microsoft Word and pdf formats. Save the form to
your own computer and when it is completed send
it back to us either as an email attachment or by
post and we will do
the rest.
The form has full instructions on how to send us
your data.
